Community Association Manager

Will you be our next Community Association Manager? We are currently recruiting for a highly organized, driven individual who enjoys solving short, middle and long-term projects for a community while dealing with the business aspects ranging from vendor projects to financial and management meetings. Our company is not your typical corporate management firm. We offer ongoing training and mentoring to all our staff.

The successful candidate will be expected to plan, prepare and research projects for a portfolio of associations. He/she will coordinate, attend and facilitate successful Board and Annual meetings, comply with procedures and handle communications with clients. He or she will provide correspondence, budget information, newsletters and complete and gather bids from vendors for various stages of activities.

Community Association Managers will have excellent organizations skills, superb time management skills as well as excellent communication skills. Our community managers have the ability to build strong professional relationships and handle homeowners concerns and questions with professionalism and integrity.
