Brett Cadden Anderson

President/CEO

Brett was born and raised in Tucson and holds a Bachelor’s degree in environmental microbiology with a minor in business administration from the University of Arizona. She joined the Cadden team in 2012 as a portfolio manager. She was responsible for overseeing a team of community managers, and heading up the in house training program. Brett also supported the Marketing and Sales team as well as participates in business organizations such as the Arizona Association of Community Managers and Community Associations Institute. Brett now oversees the day-to-day operations of the company.

Brett has earned the designation of Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) as well as Certified Arizona Association Manager (CAAM) through the Arizona Association of Community Managers. She recently earned her Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designation, the highest professional designation awarded by Community Associations Institute (CAI).

Gabino Trejo

CAAM®, CMCA®

Vice President

Gabino is a native Tucsonan who has managed the HOA industry since 2015. He joined Cadden in 2019 as a portfolio manager and has grown into the role of Vice President, where he continues to add value and support to the Cadden team. Gabino oversees corporate and business development and vendor relations and assists with oversight of the company’s day-to-day operations.

Gabino has earned the designation of Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) through the Community Association Managers International Certification Board (CAMICB) as well as Certified Arizona Association Manager (CAAM) through the Arizona Association of Community Managers. Gabino is continuing his professional development and is working towards earning his Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designation.

Jose Becerra

CAAM®, AACM®

Senior Association Manager & Community Director

Jose Becerra, a native Tucsonan, began his career in the association management industry in 2020.  His passion for helping and excellent work ethic have brought him to his new role as Community Director at Cadden Community Management.

Jose has earned his Certified Arizona Association Manager (CAAM) with the Arizona Association of Community Managers (AACM). His ability to effectively communicate with residents and address their concerns has earned him a reputation as a trusted and reliable community manager as well as an excellent resource to his peers.

Kristin Fleming

Senior Association Manager & Community Director

Kristin Fleming is originally from Anaheim, California, and moved to Tucson 20 years ago. Kristin has over ten years of experience in managing multi-family housing. She made the change to managing high-end Homeowners Associations over five years ago. Kristin is joining the Cadden Community Management team as a Community Director who prioritizes customer service. She loves thinking outside of the box and problem-solving.  Kristin has a very positive outlook and finds the good in things. She is outgoing and is always ready to assist.  She is raising two beautiful girls with love for Disney. She has enjoyed starting her career and is looking forward to growing in the years to come with Cadden Community Management.

Alexandra Jaeger

Senior Association Manager & Community Director

Alexandra Jaeger, was born and raised in Tucson, Arizona, married with four beautiful kids, three boys and one girl. Alexandra is adventurous, spontaneous, active, and always on the go. In her spare time, she volunteers as a soccer coach for her kids’ teams and plays adult coed indoor and outdoor soccer. She is very family-oriented and plans numerous dinners and events with her family and friends. Alexandra started with Cadden in 2018 and has loved growing with the company.

Angie Chu-Mak

CAAM®

Senior Association Manager

Angie Chu-Mak joined the Cadden team in May 1998 as a portfolio manager. Angie has over 21 years of experience in the HOA business. Angie is a Community Manager and Team Lead, where she is responsible for overseeing and mentoring a team of community managers and administrative assistants.

Additionally, she has earned the designation of Certified Arizona Association Manager (CAAM®) through the Arizona Association of Community Managers. Angie is also an active member of the Southern Arizona Community Association Institute (CAI) and Arizona Association of Community Managers (AACM).

Faith Wyse

CAAM®, AACM®

Senior Association Manager

Faith is an Arizona native and has been with Cadden for five years. With her diverse background in community management, business ownership, social media evaluation, and accounting, she brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the Cadden Team. Faith takes pride in her ability to deliver superior service and swiftly address the needs of both clients and the team members for whom she provides oversight. Faith has earned the  Certified Arizona Association Manager (CAAM) designation through the Arizona Association of Community Managers.

Lori Burkhart

Finance Supervisor

Lori Burkhart has served in the HOA industry for nine years, including three years as secretary on a large HOA board of directors. Lori’s knowledge of the HOA industry is well-rounded and diverse, having held many different positions in the industry. In her role as Finance Supervisor, she is excited to bring her organizational and leadership skills to the Cadden Community Management team and clients. Lori enjoys spending time with her family, which includes her husband, daughter, grandson, two dogs, and one cat. Lori enjoys attending and writing about local high school and University of Arizona sports in her spare time.

Kristina Gutierrez

Internal Operations Manager

Kristina is an Arizona native and has spent the last 17 years of her career within the gaming industry. As an Internal Operations Manager at Cadden Community Management, her time is dedicated to delivering high-caliber service and ensuring residents can revel in their neighborhoods. She makes an effort to spend time traveling and learning about new cultures, which allows her to grow and enhance her abilities to connect with society.

Geoff Obral

CAAM®

Training and Development Manager

Geoff Obral was born a raised in southern Arizona and has served in the homeowners association industry since 2004. He joined Cadden Community Management in 2017 as a portfolio manager and took on the role of Senior Association Manager and Team Lead in 2020.

Geoff and his beautiful bride met in high school here in Tucson as a freshman and married in 2004. They have two wonderful daughters, two dogs, two cats, and live in a 2-story house! He enjoys spending time with his family, serving with the youth program at his church, and, if time allows, on the golf course.
