Brett Cadden Anderson

Owner/President

Brett was born and raised in Tucson and holds a Bachelor’s degree in environmental microbiology with a minor in business administration from the University of Arizona. She joined the Cadden team in 2012 as a portfolio manager. She was responsible for overseeing a team of community managers, and heading up the in house training program. Brett also supported the Marketing and Sales team as well as participates in business organizations such as the Arizona Association of Community Managers and Community Associations Institute. Brett now oversees the day-to-day operations of the company.

Brett has earned the designation of Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) as well as Certified Arizona Association Manager (CAAM) through the Arizona Association of Community Managers. She recently earned her Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designation, the highest professional designation awarded by Community Associations Institute (CAI).

Gabino Trejo

CAAM®, CMCA®

Chief Executive Officer

Gabino is a native Tucsonan with more than a decade of experience in the association management industry. He brings strategic leadership and a commitment to excellence to his role as CEO. With a people-first management style and a strong emphasis on fostering an inclusive, diverse, and fun company culture, Gabino believes that when people thrive, businesses do too.

Gabino holds the prestigious Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designation, along with the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) and the Certified Arizona Association Manager (CAAM) designations.

Melissa Parraz

CAAM®, AACM®

Director of Operations

Melissa Parraz is a Tucson native with over 30 years of experience in customer service and client relations. A proud member of the Arizona Association of Community Managers (AACM), Melissa holds the Certified Arizona Association Manager (CAAM) designation, reflecting her deep commitment to professionalism and excellence in the industry.

Melissa brings a strong foundation in interpersonal communication, financial oversight, and budget management. Her strengths lie in building lasting client relationships, managing complex operations, and delivering exceptional service across all levels of an organization. With a hands-on leadership style and a passion for people, Melissa is known for her integrity, reliability, and results-driven approach.

Her career is marked by a consistent ability to enhance team performance, streamline financial processes, and exceed client expectations—making her a valuable asset in any customer-focused or management-driven environment.

Nicole Quesnel

Director of Finance

Nicole Quesnel is originally from Des Moines, Iowa, and moved to Tucson 21 years ago. Nicole has over ten years in managing for profit self storage facilities. She has thirty-three years experience in the accounting and finance industry. Nicole joined Cadden Community Management in May 2025 as the Director of Finance, prioritizing customer service and integrity. Nicole is committed to providing complete transparency to our clients. She is a dog mom and enjoys giving her time back to the community through volunteer activities.

Kristin Fleming

Senior Association Manager & Community Director

Kristin Fleming is originally from Anaheim, California, and moved to Tucson 20 years ago. Kristin has over ten years of experience in managing multi-family housing. She made the change to managing high-end Homeowners Associations over five years ago. Kristin is joining the Cadden Community Management team as a Community Director who prioritizes customer service. She loves thinking outside of the box and problem-solving.  Kristin has a very positive outlook and finds the good in things. She is outgoing and is always ready to assist.  She is raising two beautiful girls with love for Disney. She has enjoyed starting her career and is looking forward to growing in the years to come with Cadden Community Management.

Alexandra Jaeger

CAAM®

Senior Association Manager & Community Director

Alexandra Jaeger, was born and raised in Tucson, Arizona, married with four beautiful kids, three boys and one girl. Alexandra is adventurous, spontaneous, active, and always on the go. In her spare time, she volunteers as a soccer coach for her kids’ teams and plays adult coed indoor and outdoor soccer. She is very family-oriented and plans numerous dinners and events with her family and friends. Alexandra started with Cadden in 2018 and has loved growing with the company.

Faith Wyse

CAAM®, AACM®

Senior Association Manager

Faith is an Arizona native and has been with Cadden for five years. With her diverse background in community management, business ownership, social media evaluation, and accounting, she brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the Cadden Team. Faith takes pride in her ability to deliver superior service and swiftly address the needs of both clients and the team members for whom she provides oversight. Faith has earned the  Certified Arizona Association Manager (CAAM) designation through the Arizona Association of Community Managers.

Kristina Gutierrez

Internal Operations Manager

Kristina is an Arizona native and has spent the last 17 years of her career within the gaming industry. As an Internal Operations Manager at Cadden Community Management, her time is dedicated to delivering high-caliber service and ensuring residents can revel in their neighborhoods. She makes an effort to spend time traveling and learning about new cultures, which allows her to grow and enhance her abilities to connect with society.

Geoff Obral

CAAM®

Training and Development Manager

Geoff Obral was born a raised in southern Arizona and has served in the homeowners association industry since 2004. He joined Cadden Community Management in 2017 as a portfolio manager and took on the role of Senior Association Manager and Team Lead in 2020.

Geoff and his beautiful bride met in high school here in Tucson as a freshman and married in 2004. They have two wonderful daughters, two dogs, two cats, and live in a 2-story house! He enjoys spending time with his family, serving with the youth program at his church, and, if time allows, on the golf course.
