Chief Information Officer

Deborah M. Colon-Mateo has been Chief Information Officer since 1993 and provides leadership for the continued development of an innovative, robust, and secure information technology environment throughout the company.

She received her Bachelors in Communication with a minor in Psychology & Business from the University of Arizona, along with her tri-masters from Jones International University, Summa cum laude in Information Technology Management, Negotiation and Conflict Management, and Healthcare Management. She is currently working on her Doctorate in Business Administration at California Intercontinental University.

Deborah has earned our profession’s highest certification of Professional Community Association Management (PCAM®), the designation of Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) as well as Certified Arizona Association Manager (CAAM) through the Arizona Association of Community Managers. She is the companies Legal Document Preparer and notary.

Deborah holds the following designations:
Arizona Legal Document Preparer (#80682), Certified Arizona Association Manager (CAAM®), Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®), Professional Community Association Management (PCAM®), and the company notary with the State of Arizona Notary.
