Community Association Manager

Will you be our next Community Association Manager? We are currently recruiting for a highly organized, driven individual who enjoys solving short, middle, and long term projects for a community while dealing with the business aspects ranging from vendor projects to financial and management aspects as well as attending board meetings monthly, quarterly, annually. 

Our company is not your typical corporate management firm we specialize in HOA Management and managing association portfolios for different home associations in the Tucson area. We offer ongoing training and mentoring to all our staff.

The successful candidate will be expected to plan, prepare, and research projects for a portfolio of associations they are managing. He/she will coordinate, attend, and facilitate successful Board and Annual meetings, comply with procedures and handle communications with homeowners, clients, and vendors as needed.  He/she will provide correspondence, budget information, newsletters, and complete gathering of bids from vendors for various stages of activities or as requested or needed directed by a Board of Directors.

Community Association Managers will have excellent organizational skills, superb time management skills as well as excellent communications skills.  Our community managers have the ability to build strong professional relationships and handle homeowners concerns and questions with professionalism and integrity.

Minimum Qualifications: Candidate must possess a minimum of two (2) years’ experience as a community manager handling or working with HOA community associations, but may substitute experience having worked in Property Management or any other position with similar duties and responsibilities.

Professional credentials preferred: CAAM® and CMCA®

Community Support Specialist

Are you looking to start a career with a company that provides opportunity to grow? We would like to meet with you! A busy HOA Management Company is looking to hire a full time Customer Support Specialist.

Basic day-to-day tasks include but not limited to assisting managers with letters, filing, answering correspondence, conducting site inspections and other projects as instructed.

Candidates should have 2-3 years’ experience and knowledge of working within an HOA Management realm, property management, real estate, but may substitute experience having worked in Property Management or any other position with similar duties and responsibilities.

Successful candidate must be proficient working with computers and Microsoft applications such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, as well as being a quick learner regarding other applications!

Full time employees are eligible for benefits after 60 days of employment, such as medical insurance, dental, vision, paid sick time and paid vacation time. Not to mention most federal holidays off!

Being bilingual is a plus.
